For over fifteen years, he has advised major financial institutions in Europe, North America and North Africa. As the founder of MeetLoyd, a platform for AI agents for businesses, he is an expert in agent-based AI security at the ITU (UN). He has held senior management positions at Wiiisdom, SAP, Temenos and Capgemini. CEO ### Fiona Fauvel After ten years in investment banking, notably at Société Générale CIB, Fiona has been Chair and Partner at DealCockpit™️ since 2012, establishing it as a pioneering, French-based, independent platform serving the M&A, private equity, restructuring and IPO sectors across Europe. A Sciences Po/IFA-certified business administrator, she sits on the boards of CycleZen and Les Premières Nouvelle-Aquitaine and is a member of Women in Restructuring. Committed to innovation and the role of women in tech, she served as Vice-President of French Tech Bordeaux from 2023 to 2025. CTO ### Eric Moura A solutions architect and cloud engineer by training, Eric worked alongside DealCockpit™️ for several years before taking over as its CTO in March 2026. Over more than twenty years, he has moved from developer to project manager at Klekoon, where in 2007 he deployed a secure transmission platform for several French ministries, then to five years specialising in cloud computing at Arrow ECS and nearly three as a solutions architect at Atos and its subsidiary Eviden. At DealCockpit™️ he oversees architecture, infrastructure and security, without ever stepping away from the code.
