Am I billed according to the volume of my data room?

No. With DealCockpit™, you are never billed anything more than what you were quoted. Our data rooms offer unlimited storage and users, as well as all of our features – no matter your plan.

How will I be billed?

You have the choice between two billing options:

1. Monthly billing: No commitment. You are free to close your data room whenever you want. Your last invoice will be sent to you the following month on the same date.

2. Trimestral or annual billing: If you prefer more time for your operations, and wish to benefit from discounts for your commitment.

Can I bill my client?

Yes. If you’re managing the data room on behalf of a client, you can choose to pass on the cost as a disbursement or include it in your service fees. DealCockpit™ offers flexible billing options to fit your needs.

Can I get an electronic archive of my data room?

Yes! For an electronic archive, contact our support team. 

You also have the option to export the entire data room including its files, as well as the audit trail and Q&A module – in one click.

How do I choose the most suitable plan for my project?
